The hotel was lovely and located in a lovely area. The room was beautiful with central heating, an iron, and a TV set included. Our stay was such great, and the entire staff were nice. Its location next to Hawes Pier was stunning.

The service was great and the location was stunning and brilliant. Edinburgh airport was hardly 15 minutes away by car. I booked budget room with a separate shower, great views plus perfectly adequate which turned out to be an authentic room. A good choice of food for breakfast, it was excellent.

It was an excellent home base for our very lovely stay. The service was great, the staff were really helpful and best. Amazing location near beach, all was very good. It was also right by the many already established restaurants in the Ferry and the Highlands. The downstairs bar was cosy! We didn't want to leave, can recommend.

The staff was really helpful, so I would consider staying here again. Appreciated spending my time in this clean old-fashioned hotel. The property was in the central setting in a quiet area. Further, it was short walk to the many already established restaurants in the Ferry, Edinburgh, and Edinburgh airport. Double room with openable window, had essentials required. The food was nice and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu.
